- Abstract Format: Title, Authors & Affiliations, Contact details, Introduction, Objectives, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusions.
- Word Limit: Maximum 300 words (excluding title and author details).
- Originality: Must be original work not published or presented earlier.
- Consent & Ethics: Proper consent & ethics approval required. Conflicts must be disclosed.
- Formatting: Times New Roman, Font Size 12, MS Word format.

Presentation Guidelines
Poster Presentation (Upon Acceptance)
- Poster size: 90 cm *120 cm (Portrait)
- Clearly display title, authors, affiliation, and key content.
- Label images, with appropriate consent.
- If Time permits - The participant will be called on stage for Poster Presentation and can be asked questions regarding the poster by judges.
Paper Presentation (Upon Acceptance)
- Format - Powerpoint presentation, 5-10 slides.
- participants will have to present the paper on stage, during the paper presentation session.
- Presentation time - 5 mins.
- After the presentation judges may ask questions regarding the paper.
- Clearly display title, authors, affiliation, and key content.
- Label images, with appropriate consent.
